    We will calculate your macro and calorie requirements and also educate you on general nutrition principles. We offer advice around meal spacing, supplements and different dietary patterns. We will also calculate your current maintenance calories and whether or not you could benefit from a reverse diet. This would be suited to people struggling to lose weight or in a plateau and currently following low calorie diets.

  • Single Day Sample Meal Plans

    We do not meal plan for our clients because it is too rigid and we want you to develop this skill. What we will provide you with however, is a sample single day meal plan. This will give you an example of how to set out your calories and macros, which can then be used to also help you figure out the rest of your week.

  • Exercise Programming & Prescription

    We will provide you with a structured, evidence-based exercise program. You will be given personalised advice around training frequency, exercise heart rates and which type of exercise will give you the benefits you’re looking for. You will be provided with a one month resistance training program, step recommendations, HIIT and HISS programs.

  • Chronic Disease Management

    We are able to assist you with the management of a number of chronic diseases including dementia, cognitive impairment, diabetes, heart disease, other forms of cardiovascular disease and obesity. Maddy Dore

My name is Maddy, I am 25 years old and grew up in the Ipswich region. I graduated high school at West Moreton Anglican College, went straight to university to complete by Bachelor of Midwifery and worked as a Midwife for 4 years. I love midwifery, however felt as though something was missing and found a love for nutrition & wellness through experimenting with the way different foods made me feel. It was through this that I decided to go vegan 2 and a half years ago and have been since! I commenced my bachelor of nutrition 2 years ago and am due to graduate at the end of 2022. I have a passion for food and the way it fuels our bodies and would love to specialise in pre conception nutrition in the future. My other hobbies/interests include CrossFit & weightlifting, reading, being at the beach, coffee and creating new recipes!

Naomi Ferstera

Naomi is PhD candidate with over 20 years industry experience. She is an accredited exercise physiologist and exercise scientist, nutritionist and former high school teacher. Naomi specialises in brain health and dementia, weight loss and obesity, women's health, diabetes and heart disease.

Naomi has trained and consulted with thousands of people over her 2 decades in the industry. She has helped countless people successfully lose weight and switch to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Her passion, however, lies in education and she draws on all her experience and knowledge, to bring you the most scientifically up to date and relevant online programs. We promise to always produce fad and gimmick-free programs that are simple to follow and understand. Good health was never meant to be complicated and we want to show you how you can easily change your life!


  • How long are the appointments?

    The initial consultation will take anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on how complex your medical history or current needs are. Anything longer than 45 minutes will require an additional appointment. Follow up appointments are 30 minutes in duration and are used to make tweaks to exisiting plans.

  • How often would I need to appointments?

    Appointment frequency is entirely up to you. Usually an initial consultation and follow up is required and then intermittent follow up appointments are booked as necessary.

  • What is included?

    You will be provided with personalised nutrition data, exercise program and tracking spreadsheet. You also get 30 days access to our Macro and Calorie program and online support via email and our website.

  • Do you take Medicare referrals?

    We cannot currently take them as we are completely online. However, when we do take referrals again, you will need to pay the full fee initially, after which you will be provided with a receipt that you can use to claim with Medicare.

  • Why do you only offer Zoom appointments?

    We offer online so that we can cater to anyone, anywhere in the world. However, we are looking at offering face to face appointments shortly.

  • Do you offer follow up support?

    Absolutely! We offer support via email, Facebook and our discussion platform on the website.

  • Should I do coaching instead of a consult?

    If you have had multiple weight loss attempts, have been dealing with weight problems for a long time. have complex medical issues, require accountability and a high level of support, we would strongly encourage coaching.

  • Can I choose who I work with?

    Absolutely. When we get in contact with you, let us know who you'd like to do the consult with. Please note, Naomi is not doing any consultations currently.
