    Each week check in via Zoom or phone with Naomi and have your food and exercise data analysed. Adjustments are then made to calorie and macro recommendations.

  • Exercise Programming

    You will get monthly personalised resistance training program and weekly cardio recommendations including a daily step target. Our programs are based on the latest research in exercise science.

  • Support

    Weekly check ins with Naomi, unlimited email and text support. We know that support is a key element to succeeding and we're not holding back!


  • How long is the initial session

    The initial consultation will take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on how complex your medical history or current needs are. Anything longer than 60 minutes will require an additional appointment.

  • How long are check ins and how are they done?

    Check ins are done via Zoom and take anywhere from 15-20 minutes and are used to make adjustments to calories/macros, make sure there are clear goals for the week ahead and to answer any questions.

  • Why should I do coaching with you?

    I have been working in the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years! I have 3 university qualifications and am currently completing my PhD. I take an evidence-based approach and use the latest in exercise and nutrition research to give you the best opportunity to succeed.

  • How do I know coaching is right for me?

    If you need accountability, a high level of support and you want to check in with me every week, then you will need coaching. If not, then an appointment every now and then would possibly suit you.

  • What is included in coaching?

    You get an initial consultation with Naomi to discuss your situation in-depth, a personalised report with your nutrition plan and personalised exercise program. You also get weekly check ins, unlimited email and online support and access to our Calorie and Macro Program.

  • Do you work with everyone?

    No. I have a specific skill set and if I think we are not a good match, I will refer you to another practitioner if possible, or encourage you to find one who matches your needs more closely.

  • Do I have to do a minimum of 12 weeks and can I cancel at any time?

    Yes. For any program to work, you need to commit to a considerable amount of time. We expect that most people will need between 6 and 12 months to see real changes (depending on the individual). You can cancel any time you like but you will still be liable for any outstanding payments and cannot request a refund. We offer a cooling-off period of 5 business days for change of mind.

  • How do I get started with coaching?

    Purchase the coaching option then book a time for your initial consultation. If there isn't a time that suits you, simply send us an email and we will be in touch to organise one with you.

  • Is coaching suitable for me if I have a chronic disease?

    Absolutely. Naomi specialises in obesity, dementia, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Naomi also works with both men and women of all ages! She can tailor nutrition and exercise to people of all needs and situations.
