  • Initial Consultation

    During your initial consultation, your coach will ensure they have all the information they need to provide you with a tailored nutrition and exercise plan

  • Weekly Check-Ins

    Each week check in via Zoom or phone with your coach and have your food and exercise data analysed. Adjustments are then made to calorie and macro recommendations.

  • Exercise Programming

    You will get monthly resistance training program and weekly cardio recommendations including a daily step target. Our programs are based on the latest research in exercise science.

  • Support

    Weekly check ins with your coach, unlimited email and text support. We know that support is a key element to succeeding and we're not holding back!

  • Personalised Report

    You will be provided you with a personalised report that includes your weight loss and maintenance macros and calories and your personalised exercise/movement recommendations.

FAQ

  • How long is the initial session

    The initial consultation will take 30 minutes. You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire prior to the appointment to help us understand your needs. During your appointment you will be provided with your macros, calories and your tracking spreadsheet.

  • How long are check ins and how are they done?

    Check ins are done via Zoom and take 15 minutes. Appointments are booked back to back so we recommend being ready with your questions prior to the appointment. Check ins are used to make adjustments to calories/macros, make sure there are clear goals for the week ahead and to answer any questions.

  • Why should I choose coaching?

    Our coaches have decades of experience between them and only use evidence-based nutrition practices. Working with a coach also means you have accountability and someone doing all the sciencey hard work for you! If you're ready to get serious about your health, then we're ready for you.

  • Can I choose my coach?

    Yes absolutely. If there is someone you specifically want to work with, just shoot us a message and we will organise this for you.

  • What is included in coaching?

    You get an initial consultation with your coach to discuss your situation in-depth, calories/macros to suit your situation, your personalised tracking spreadsheet, your nutrition plan and exercise programs. You also get weekly check ins, unlimited email and online support and access to our Calorie and Macro Program.

  • Do you work with everyone?

    No. We have specific skill sets and if we think we are not a good match, we will refer you to another practitioner (if possible), or encourage you to find one who matches your needs more closely.

  • Do I have to do a minimum of 12 weeks and can I cancel at any time?

    Yes. For any program to work, you need to commit to a considerable amount of time. We expect that most people will need between 6 and 12 months to see real changes (depending on the individual). You can cancel any time you like but you will still be liable for any outstanding payments and cannot request a refund. We offer a cooling-off period of 5 business days for change of mind.

  • Is coaching suitable for me if I have a chronic disease?

    Absolutely. Naomi specialises in obesity, dementia, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease and will ensure that the very best care is taken of you.

Maddy Dore

My name is Maddy, I am 25 years old and grew up in the Ipswich region. I graduated high school at West Moreton Anglican College, went straight to university to complete by Bachelor of Midwifery and worked as a Midwife for 4 years. I love midwifery, however felt as though something was missing and found a love for nutrition & wellness through experimenting with the way different foods made me feel. It was through this that I decided to go vegan 2 and a half years ago and have been since! I commenced my bachelor of nutrition 2 years ago and am due to graduate at the end of 2022. I have a passion for food and the way it fuels our bodies and would love to specialise in pre conception nutrition in the future. My other hobbies/interests include CrossFit & weightlifting, reading, being at the beach, coffee and creating new recipes!
